🔐 Your unique 4-digit collection PIN will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  1. Proceed to the collection box at the address above.
  2. Key in your collection PIN: *️⃣*️⃣*️⃣*️⃣ 🆗
  3. Rotate the lock clockwise.
  4. Pull to open the box.
  5. Collect your order!

⚠️ Important: Please retrieve only the item labelled with your name and order reference.


🚚 UNABLE TO SELF COLLECT?

If you’re unable to do a self-collection, you may opt for a tracked letterbox delivery via SingPost with a $3 top-up.
